Room and package rates include the full range of our services and amenities:

Check-in, Check-out, Deposits, Cancellations & More:

• Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
• Check-out time is 11:00 am.
• Deposits: Your reservation is binding upon receipt of your deposit of 30% of total amount.
  
  
• up to 8 weeks before arrival - free of charge
• 6 to 8 weeks before arrival - 30% cancellation fee
• up to 3 weeks before arrival - 70% cancellation fee
• one Week before arrival - 90% cancellation fee
• Cancellation costs are calculated from the total price.
• Cancellations and changes that are made late or no-shows will be charged with total amount.
  
  
• Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for dinners not consumed.
• Dogs (upon prior request): Rate EUR 25,-- per dog/night, food not provided.
• Please notice, that the price for single use is only available upon request.
• Christmas & New Year surcharge: € 50,-- per adults and € 25,-- per child
• For stays of less than 3 days we charge a surcharge of € 15 per room and day

Families with children will feel at home at the Hotel Montana. As young parents themselves, Inge Baumgartner know what parents need and kids want.

Children’s Rates
Very attractive rates are available for children up to 16.9 years of age staying
in rooms and apartments occupied by two adults:

suite "Schloss Wintergrün"
Suite "Schloss Kuenburg" 

The child discount on extra bed in parents' room (2 full paying persons) price is as follows:

• Children of 0-2,9 years: 100% discount
• Children from 3 to 9.9 years: 50% discount
• Children from 10 to 15.9 years: 40% discount
• Children  from 16 years, 20% discount

Children 0 - 2.9 stay free in all room categories (double occupancy by adults).
